Hand Made Chocolates
Kay, your host at Flutes is not only a qualified pastry chef, but has also trained as a chocolatier at the renowned Savour School in Melbourne. She takes great pride in producing delicious hand made chocolates using the finest Belgian chocolate with mouth watering fillings (see pictures below).
There may even be tasting opportunuties during your stay at Flutes !
A choice of different fillings:
Fruit and Nut Fudge:
Decadent white chocolate fudge with fruit and nuts encased in milk chocolate, feathered with white and milk chocolate.
Mocha Ganache:
Rich dark chocolate, Irish cream and coffee
centre wrapped in milk chocolate.
Hazelnut Caramel:
A smooth creamy caramel and hazelnut filling
inside a milk chocolate shell.
Almond Praline:
Crushed praline combined with milk chocolate and
dipped into dark chocolate.
Creamy Coconut:
White chocolate, rum and coconut
centre dipped in white chocolate and finished with toasted coconut.
Dark Mint:
Freezing mint caramel centre dipped in dark chocolate.
Raspberry Ganache:
Smooth creamy dark chocolate ganache
combined with Raspberry Fruit Puree,
in a rich dark chocolate shell.
Strawberry Bomb:
Sweet Sundried Strawberry, double
dipped in creamy white chocolate and
rolled in coconut.
Lemon Surprise:
The sweetness of the creamy white chocolate cuts through the luscious
tangy liquid Lemon filling in this
decadent flavour combination.
Cranberry and Coconut Fudge:
Milk chocolate fudge with plump
Cranberries and Coconut thread,
dipped in milk chocolate and finished
with airbrushed design.
Prices:
Chocolates are gift boxed in gold boxes with a window lid & finished with a gold ribbon.
Any combination can be ordered and any filling can be enrobed in either white, milk or dark chocolate:
